Responsibilities
Network Management: Design, deploy, and manage enterprise network solutions, with a focus on Cisco Meraki devices and cloud-managed networking. On-site revision of the networking infrastructure will be also needed
Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for network-related incidents, diagnosing and resolving connectivity issues swiftly to minimise downtime
Infrastructure Optimisation: Monitor network performance, conduct regular assessments, and implement improvements to ensure high availability and security
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate network documentation and ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Collaboration: Work closely with IT, engineering, and operations teams to deliver reliable network services that support business objectives
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Network Engineer, with strong proficiency in Cisco Meraki technologies
Solid understanding of networking protocols, security principles, and cloud-managed infrastructure
Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Meraki Specialist are highly desirable
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, scaling environment
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
Preferred
Associate's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Experience with popular SaaS applications (Microsoft 365, Azure Entra, Intune)
Experience leveraging AI tools for IT support efficiency and user experience improvement
