Responsibilities

Oversee high‑impact projects from planning through implementation
Conduct structured analyses to inform leadership decisions
Work with cross‑functional partners to optimize workflows, eliminate manual tasks, and resolve operational bottlenecks
Identify automation opportunities and lead workflow improvement initiatives
Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting for performance, operational KPIs, and risk metrics using Excel, SQL, and BI tools
Create process documentation and build standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring activities
Support analysis of trading P&L, cost drivers, performance attribution, and operational trends
Improve data quality by identifying data inconsistencies, gaps, and process failures

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
3-5 years of experience in an analytical, deliverable‑driven role
Proficiency in SQL and comfort working directly with data
Hands‑on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Experience implementing process automation and AI‑driven solutions
Strong analytical skills and the ability to operate in ambiguity
Clear communication skills across both technical and non‑technical audiences
Ability to handle sensitive executive and HR information with discretion

Preferred

Experience in a proprietary trading or market‑making environment
Background in management consulting
