Entry, Mid LevelHallmark Global Solutions Ltd is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to build, manage, and maintain Windows desktop images while ensuring compliance with security and compliance requirements. The role involves troubleshooting update failures and managing endpoint automation across the organization.

Responsibilities
Build, customize, and maintain Windows desktop images (Intune, Autopilot)
Integrate drivers, patches, applications, and security baselines into OS images
Ensure image and device compliance with security standards
Create and manage Intune Autopilot profiles
Develop PowerShell automation scripts for device provisioning and Azure AD join/hybrid join processes
Manage and deploy Windows updates , feature upgrades, and driver/firmware packages
Validate updates in test environments and troubleshoot update failures
Manage endpoint configuration via:
Intune Device Configuration Profiles
Security Baselines & Compliance Policies
GPOs (Group Policies)
Support endpoint management, security controls, and desktop lifecycle processes
