Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable software solutions across frontend and backend systems
Contribute to system and feature-level architecture in partnership with Dev Leads and Architects
Develop and maintain APIs and services that support business-critical workflows
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making
Ensure solutions meet standards for quality, performance, security, and reliability
Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate requirements into well-built solutions
Support AI-enabled features and integrations as part of evolving platform capabilities
Mentor mid-level engineers and contribute to a strong, collaborative engineering culture
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in development and production environments
Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
Contribute to architectural discussions and technical trade-off decisions
Improve engineering practices related to testing, observability, and deployment
Support continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines and development workflows
Ensure delivered features are reliable, usable, and aligned to business needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
5–8+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong experience with at least one backend language (.NET or Python)
Experience building modern frontend applications using React
Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
Familiarity with API design, versioning, and integration patterns
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Comfortable contributing to technical design and discussing trade-offs
Delivers results with a focus on quality and maintainability
Curious and willing to learn new technologies as platforms evolve
Preferred
Experience supporting AI-enabled features or services
Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries
Exposure to cloud-based systems and CI/CD pipelines
Experience mentoring junior or mid-level engineers
