Business Devlopment & Support Specialist (Digital Marketing)

They are seeking a motivated Business Development & Support Specialist to onboard retailers into brand programs using the ThumbStopper platform, focusing on outreach, support, and ensuring successful connections to social media tools.

Responsibilities
Conduct outreach via phone and email to onboard retailers to brand programs
Assist retailers with enrollment and connecting Facebook Business Pages
Ensure correct product tiers are set and maintained
Respond to retailer inquiries through support tickets within 1 business day (minimum 10 tickets per week)
Use tools like Central Command, Salesforce, and HubSpot to manage interactions and updates
Re-establish and maintain connectivity on retailer Facebook accounts
Maintain a professional and collaborative presence with internal teams (Sales, Tech, Exec)
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of customer-facing experience (sales, support, or service)
High school diploma required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking ability
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Salesloft, and related tools
Must be adaptable, coachable, and self-motivated
Ability to meet performance goals independently in a team-driven environment
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Ability to lift 10+ pounds occasionally
