Responsibilities
Developer role supporting Alternative Investment products within a Brokerage Record-Keeping Technology organization
This position focuses on designing and building cloud-based, distributed applications using AWS infrastructure and Java APIs to support business partners across OSG, Retail, and Fixed Income
The engineer will collaborate closely with product teams and technical leads to capture requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions through design, development, testing, and deployment
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS
5+ years of hands-on experience with Java
5+ years of hands-on experience with Angular
5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle
Experience designing APIs
Experience working with SQL databases
Experience operating in modern DevOps environments
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Datadog
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, EKS)
Experience with tools including Jenkins, GitHub, Terraform, Artifactory, and related platforms
Preferred
Experience with Microservices
Experience with Restful APIs
Experience with any UI technologies
Experience with Terraform
