Understand and enhance the performance, scalability, and reliability of commodity servers and operating systems

Utilize superb troubleshooting, project management, and problem analysis skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex issues

Automate infrastructure operations and design server monitoring and management solutions to improve workflow and customer impact

Analyze problems to find long-term solutions through simplification and automation, avoiding unnecessary complexity

Adopt and promote best practices in documentation, testing, security, operational support at scale, and resource efficiency
