Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for IT help desk requests (hardware, software, connectivity)
Provide hands-on support for clinicians, administrative staff, and executives
Configure and deploy CPUs, laptops, and other clinical/office hardware
Manage software installations, updates, and patching
Maintain asset inventory and licensing compliance
Monitor and enforce security policies (password management, endpoint protection, access controls)
Partner with leadership to ensure HIPAA compliance across all IT systems
Support security incident response and prevention efforts
Coordinate IT setup for new sites (network, hardware, user accounts, applications)
Partner with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of infrastructure
Support SaaS platforms (EMR, communications, productivity tools)
Collaborate with external IT vendors on escalated issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–3 years of IT support/analyst experience, ideally in a healthcare or multi-site environment
Proficiency with Windows and macOS environments, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, and endpoint security tools
Knowledge of networking basics (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to travel to clinic locations as needed
Preferred
Experience with HIPAA compliance or other regulated environments preferred
