Jr. Help Desk Specialist
Charge EPC is a rapidly growing company that provides design, procurement, and construction services for the underground utility industry. They are seeking a motivated Junior Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to end users across PCs and Apple iOS devices, while collaborating with the IT team and gaining exposure to various technologies.

Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to end users, both remotely and onsite
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to:
Windows-based PCs and laptops
IOS devices (iPhone and iPad)
SaaS and cloud-based business applications
Support user onboarding and offboarding, including:
Creating and disabling user accounts
Preparing and issuing devices
Assisting with access to systems and applications
Help manage IT inventory by tracking hardware, devices, and assignments
Document issues, resolutions, and basic procedures in ticketing and documentation systems
Deliver friendly, professional, and patient customer service
Work closely with other IT team members and escalate issues as needed
Travel locally to job sites to provide onsite support when required
Qualification
Required
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and personal computers
Familiarity with iOS devices (iPhone and iPad)
Strong interest in IT support and troubleshooting
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Willingness to learn and take direction
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for local travel
Associate's or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field OR
Relevant IT certifications (such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar) OR
Equivalent combination of education, certifications, coursework, or hands-on experience
