Responsibilities
Analyze current and future state financial and administrative systems
Gather and document business and technical requirements
Develop workflows, diagrams, test plans, and project documentation
Support project planning, task tracking, and stakeholder communications
Monitor project progress and create status reports and dashboards
Assist with system testing, validation, and production rollout
Perform gap analysis and support modernization initiatives
Develop reporting using Excel and Power BI
Ensure compliance with IT standards, security policies, and SDLC processes
Qualification
Required
5+ year's experience in Data Analysis & Data Mining (Excel, SQL)
5+ year's experience in Workflow & Process Modeling
5+ year's experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) & SharePoint
5+ year's experience working within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Must reside in the Eastern Time Zone and be willing to relocate to South Carolina prior to start (at own expense)
Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Experience with HIPAA, CDC, CJIS security and data classification
Knowledge of NIST security standards
Experience with MS Project, MS Planner, Azure DevOps
