Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and drive the execution of cross-functional work streams for Project Brimfield, ensuring timely delivery of program milestones and objectives
Partner with Engineering, Product, Partnerships, and Research leads to define program strategy, scope, roadmaps, and success metrics
Design, implement, and refine a standardized demand signal pipeline from Research and other product areas to proactively identify and fulfill content needs
Drive the operationalization of data value functions, establishing clear links between acquired data, model performance improvements, and end-user outcomes
Collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement automated evaluation pipelines to report on model benchmark impact

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in program management
Experience leading the full lifecycle of technical programs from initiation to launch within an organization

Preferred

8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience in managing programs involving distributed engineering teams and with Media, Publishing, or Content Ecosystems
Understanding of the evolving landscape of AI, data acquisition, data valuation, and economic models related to content
Familiarity with Google's product ecosystem, particularly Search, AI/ML products, and Google DeepMind and AI and Large Language Model (LLM) native
Track record of collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work effectively in a changing ambiguous environment, building zero-to-one products or programs
