They are seeking a Manufacturing & Assembly Intern for the summer to assist with assembling parts, inspecting materials, and collaborating with team members on the production floor.

Responsibilities
Assemble parts into completed units using hand and power tools
Work on a production line or at an individual job station
Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
Assist with equipment maintenance, wiring, and cleaning as needed
Report problems, discrepancies, and failures in materials, tools, or machinery
Follow all safety protocols and work according to industry standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a certification or degree beyond high school diploma (all interests welcome)
Ability to read and interpret business documents, technical procedures, and safety regulations
Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and teamwork
Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
Understanding of fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
Ability to apply mathematical concepts to assembly measurements and quality control
Regularly lift and carry up to 10 lbs., frequently lift up to 25 lbs., and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Stand, walk, and move continuously for up to 8 hours per day
Follow all safety protocols and work according to industry standards
Preferred
Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or hands-on mechanical work is a plus but not required
