Responsibilities
Own and ship features end to end, from UI to API to data layer
Build backend systems for document ingestion, validation, and AI-powered analysis
Develop APIs for real-time and batch processing workflows
Create content adapters for PDFs, DOCX, emails, HTML, and transcripts
Integrate with enterprise systems like Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Salesforce
Build front-end components for agentic workflows where AI takes action and surfaces results for user approval
Qualification
Required
AI/ML integration (OpenAI API, Claude API, or similar)
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Comfort with document processing (PDFs, Office formats, HTML parsing)
5+ years experience with React and TypeScript
3+ years experience with Node.js or PHP/Laravel
Strong understanding of React patterns (hooks, context, performance optimization)
Experience with modern build tools (Vite, Webpack, ESBuild)
Proficiency in CSS/Tailwind and responsive design
Experience with state management solutions (Zustand, Redux, or similar)
Understanding of bundle optimization and performance profiling
Python 3.x for serverless functions
RESTful API design and implementation
Database design and optimization (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
Authentication and authorization patterns (OAuth, JWT, sessions)
Preferred
AWS experience (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway)
Terraform or other IaC tools
Docker and containerization
