Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily data curation operations to meet established timelines and production goals
Partner with the Global Operations team to drive forecasting, capacity planning, and resource alignment to business demands
Oversee offshore data curation team productivity and performance against defined targets
Ensure adherence to offshore service level agreements (SLAs) and operational commitments
Utilize SQL and database query tools to extract, analyze, and validate operational and curation data to support forecasting, capacity planning, productivity tracking, dashboard development, and identification of workflow and data pipeline issues
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve operational dashboards and reporting frameworks
Track, analyze, and monitor key operational metrics including AHT, throughput, productivity, and capacity utilization
Provide regular operational performance reports to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Partner with Project Managers to generate patient lists and ensure steady patient assignment pipelines by disease area and study to prevent workflow interruptions
Serve as the primary point of escalation for operational issues related to data curation execution
Support root cause investigations and resolution of data pipeline flow challenges and operational bottlenecks
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5-8 years of experience in data curation operations, clinical data management, real-world data, or related operational roles
Proven experience leading high-volume production teams, including offshore or global operations
Strong background in capacity planning, forecasting, and operational performance management
Proficiency in SQL and querying relational databases to generate operational reports, performance metrics, and data insights to support decision-making, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives
Experience working cross-functionally with Global Operations, Project Management, and technical teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify bottlenecks and drive solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities
Preferred
advanced degree in life sciences, healthcare, operations, or a related field
Experience in healthcare, oncology, or real-world data environments
