8+ years in Business Analysis, System Design and Development, Systems Engineering, or Technical Architecture. include 3 years of direct experience working within an Architect role
Proven experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and at least one of the following: ORMB, Oracle EPM/FDI (OBIEE)
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), or Kyriba
Experience with corporate systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, or Salesforce
Strong background in integration architecture and middleware platforms
Experience identifying and applying design and architecture patterns in solutions
Experience translating complex business requirements into practical technical solutions
Experience with modern and responsive web application architectures and design
Experience with modern API architecture and best practices
Experience and knowledge of cloud computing
Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills for presenting ideas and achieving consensus
Ability to define, plan and initiate architecture for assigned area and scope
Demonstrate a wide understanding of the domain area, with the ability to apply practical and pragmatic solutions
Proficiency in modeling architecture using industry-standard tools like ArchiMate, Visio, or Miro
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and Product Delivery models
Self-learner and ability to work independently
Solution definition and problem-solving skills
Experience handling a variety of solution types, such as new system builds, legacy enhancements, implementing commercial-off-the-shelf packages and integrating with Cloud solutions
Strong organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Preferred
Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and/or Health Care domain
Experience working with Claims Adjudication and Financial Management solutions
Experience with HL7 FHIR
Experience with cloud platforms – specifically Oracle and AWS
Knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, PCI)
Knowledge of SAFe Agile Framework and TOGAF principles
Exposure to artificial intelligence technologies
