Develop and maintain various database applications on the IBM iseries platform, utilizing SQL stored procedures, modernizing tables, performance tuning and working with large transactional tables
Expert level experience with SQL stored procedures implementing business logic on the IBM iseries platform
Qualification
Required
Develop and maintain various database applications on the IBM iseries platform, utilizing SQL stored procedures, modernizing tables, performance tuning and working with large transactional tables
Expert level experience with SQL stored procedures implementing business logic on the IBM iseries platform
Preferred
+ experience with coding custom implementations for HFM,oracle financials, etc
+ Conversion/modernization experience from RPG to SQL stored procedures in db2
IBM tools such as Aldon, RDI, ACS etc
+ Application development experience interacting with front end using REST APIs, Json
+ exposure to python, microservices, VS code IDE development
+ git source control and integration
