Responsibilities
Setting up, configuring, and managing OpenShift clusters, storage solutions, networking, and databases to effectively support business applications
Implementing and overseeing essential OpenShift resources such as namespaces, Persistent Volumes, and Network Policies to ensure smooth operations
Continuously monitoring OpenShift infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) configurations to ensure reliable performance
Applying and enforcing security measures to ensure OpenShift infrastructure complies with organizational policies and industry regulations
Optimizing costs by right-sizing resources, developing cost-effective solutions, and monitoring usage patterns
Collaborating with IT teams to implement and integrate OpenShift infrastructure solutions based on existing designs
Using automation tools like Ansible and Terraform to automate and streamline processes
Managing Kubernetes clusters through Red Hat OpenShift for effective container orchestration and scaling
Qualification
Required
10+ Years of experience
RHEL Admin
Redhat OpenShift Admin
Law Enforcement domain knowledge
Ansible
Deep proficiency in Red Hat OpenShift services, including OpenShift Container Platform, OpenShift Virtualization, and Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management (ACM)
Expertise in Linux and VMware environments
Setting up, configuring, and managing OpenShift clusters, storage solutions, networking, and databases
Implementing and overseeing essential OpenShift resources such as namespaces, Persistent Volumes, and Network Policies
Continuously monitoring OpenShift infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) configurations
Applying and enforcing security measures to ensure OpenShift infrastructure complies with organizational policies and industry regulations
Optimizing costs by right-sizing resources, developing cost-effective solutions, and monitoring usage patterns

Experience with DevOps practices, such as continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
Skilled in using automation tools like Ansible and Terraform
Experience with cloud migration projects, including implementation and execution
Proficiency in managing Kubernetes clusters through Red Hat OpenShift
