The Structured Finance Account Administrator will be responsible for managing loan and property level notices, ensuring accurate data entry, and supporting risk management procedures while collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities

Retrieving loan and property level notices and documents from US Bank’s Digital Document Platform and the department’s Shared Mailbox
Accurately identifying and entering information from these notices into the department database, populating multiple data fields, and assigning tasks to the correct team member for further research
Monitoring a shared mailbox, processing and routing emails and notices promptly, and escalating high-priority and sensitive items to management
Working closely with GSF Account Administrators, Trust legal and U.S. Bank’s Enterprise Customer Complaints and Assurance Team
Ensuring that risk management procedures are maintained and that legal documentation requirements are met
Assisting with scheduling large or complex meetings, maintaining departmental calendars, coordinating event support, and distributing meeting materials
Managing executive travel on a limited basis

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required
three to five years of related work experience

Preferred

General knowledge of mortgage loan documents, structured finance transactions, and loan default servicing operations
Familiarity with mortgage foreclosure and tax sale procedures and documents
The ability to accurately identify loan and property level documents
A working knowledge of U.S. Bank's Digital Documents 'electronic mail' system is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service skills
Experience with Access Control Server (ACS) data is also desired
