Build and ship product features across the frontend and backend
Collaborate closely with product and design to turn ideas into working software
Use AI coding assistants to accelerate development and learning
Review, refactor, and improve AI-generated code with growing independence
Learn through code review, pairing, and feedback from more experienced engineers
Contribute to architectural discussions as the product and platform evolve
Help shape how we build, ship, and improve as a team
Qualification
Required
1–4 years of professional software development experience (or equivalent)
Comfort working across the stack, even if one side is stronger
Willingness to ask questions, take feedback, and grow quickly
Interest in systems thinking and long-term maintainability
Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
Using tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar
Using AI for problem decomposition, debugging, testing, and documentation
Evaluating, editing, and refactoring AI-generated code
Explaining why you accepted, modified, or rejected AI suggestions
