Responsibilities
Call Center Support - Creating Reservations and Tours in Journey Salesforce, agent updates and modifications
Customer Support - manage customer information, customer correspondence, and promotional incentives
Site Support and Report Reviews - Tour reception & validation, rescission, No show validation
Customer Service – Maintain support as well as correspond with all vendors: Internal and external
Qualification
Required
Must be exceedingly well organized, dependable and flexible
Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment
Ability to remain flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Experience in servicing internal and external vendors and clients
Support for sales sites and program coordinators
Only candidates from Orlando, FL area (or within 50 miles) will be considered
