Collaborate with subject matter experts to create accessible security documentation for customers
Develop and deliver various content formats on time, following specific format needs
Ensure all content adheres to style, tone, and brand guidelines
Build and maintain productive stakeholder relationships, setting clear expectations for project timelines and roles
Use AI tools to ensure content quality and consistency, align documentation with client's broader security content ecosystem
Qualification
Required
Experience in technical or security documentation writing
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a remote, global team
Technical Writing (Expert)

Preferred
