Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience with software development, software maintenance, and system integration
Experience with stakeholder agreement management, project and work plan definition, work plan execution, communication management, risk and issue management, resource management, supplier management, and intellectual capital management
Experience with development to translate Stakeholder and System needs into software requirements
Experience utilizing CAMEO
Knowledge of the software development life cycle, including Agile software development methodology
Ability to lead software development team through all phases of the software development life cycle
Ability to model, architect, design, develop, code, integrate, test, and manage embedded software solutions to provide and sustain operational capabilities in military ground systems and vehicles
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in EE, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering and 10+ years of experience in systems or software architecture and design, and electronics design, OR Master's degree in EE, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years of experience in systems or software architecture and design, and electronics design
Preferred
Experience with Software Engineering of Embedded systems
Knowledge of Software Configuration Management (SCM) and tools, including SVN, Bitbucket, Git, or JIRA
Knowledge of Linux operating system, including RedHat or RedHawk
Ability to develop and execute software and electronics life cycle management, development, transition, and sustainment and support plans
