This position oversees end‑to‑end service delivery processes and supports procurement activities, managing the full lifecycle of IT assets.

Contributes to continuous improvement across IT systems, workflows, and support practices
Qualification
Required
Experience in IT service delivery and operations
Ability to oversee end-to-end service delivery processes
Experience in supporting procurement activities
Knowledge of managing the full lifecycle of IT assets from acquisition through retirement
Ability to monitor service performance and ensure compliance with policies and budget controls
Skills in optimizing asset utilization
Experience in partnering with cross-functional teams
Ability to serve as an escalation point for operational issues
Contributions to continuous improvement across IT systems, workflows, and support practices
