Strategic Sourcing Leader
EverPeak Recruitment is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Leader to support both Directors of Recruitment by driving high-quality candidate sourcing across all open requisitions. This role focuses on proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and candidate engagement, contributing to the overall recruiting momentum.
Responsibilities
Partner closely with both Directors of Recruitment to support sourcing needs across all active searches
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies
Prioritize sourcing efforts based on business needs and role urgency
Deliver qualified candidate submissions aligned with role requirements and timelines
Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions
Conduct initial outreach and engagement with prospective candidates
Track and report sourcing activity, submissions, and pipeline progress
Continuously refine sourcing strategies to improve efficiency and results
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in candidate sourcing and screening
Experience in either agency or corporate recruiting environments
Strong ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proven success in building pipelines and delivering qualified candidates
