Responsibilities
Define and execute architectural strategies aligned with project objectives
Lead and supervise architectural initiatives within assigned projects or areas
Develop architectural designs and solutions, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices
Qualification
Required
10+ years in software engineering and architecture roles (technical lead, solution architect, enterprise architect)
Strong experience in understanding non-functional requirements (SLA, response time, real-time, near real-time, multi-threading) and ability to create designs that meet the non-functional requirements
Strong experience in interoperability FHIR HL7 standards
5+ years of full-stack development experience
5+ years of SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, Redis and any relevant database experience
5+ years in cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), microservices, and API design
Experience with DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker, Git) and Kafka
Experience in Java, Python, Spring Boot, and front-end frameworks (Angular/JavaScript)
Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, especially Generative AI and LLMs
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations
Preferred
Experience in Interoperability enterprise solutions is a plus
Experience/certification in one or more cloud platforms (Salesforce, GCP, Azure & AWS) is preferred
Experience in large-scale migration efforts from legacy technology/Asset to a modern/new Asset is preferred
