Responsibilities

Conducting deep-dive analysis and fundamental insight to drive business decisions & performance

Extract & present data to the relevant business domain (both technical & non-technical)

Analyze & present reports on multiple data sources

Work collaboratively with multiple business stakeholders

Proactively seek opportunities in data to accelerate business objectives

Build, maintain & automate business intelligence dashboards and self-serve capability

Help define the right metrics across different teams and build out tracking frameworks

Prioritize, delivering and reporting projects, trends & requests

Ensure data quality and integrity

Required

Bachelor's Degree

3+ years of experience as a Business Data Analyst or in a similar business role

Preferred

A passion for understanding and driving the business with strong data ‘storytelling' skills to make data and insight actionable

A deep understanding of data models and analytics. Exposure to predictive modeling and machine learning is advantageous

3+ years of experience with SQL is essential including writing and troubleshooting queries involving complex joins and functions

2+ years of experience with Python

3+ years of experience of data visualization skills using tools for presenting results such as Tableau

Experience in either developing or being part of a developing analytics function

Ability to prioritize, multi-task, work to tight deadlines and a ‘deliver & iterate' mentality

Ability to present technical information in an understandable way

Experience with industrial financial data, focusing on driving revenue insights, and familiarity with key SaaS metrics is strongly preferred
