Responsibilities

Inspect incoming raw materials to ensure conformance to specifications

Learn and understand advanced, automated machine processes to support quality and rework activities

Perform product testing and inspections in accordance with control plans

Conduct reliability testing, including bend testing and temperature and humidity exposure

Support operations with in-process testing, inspections, and troubleshooting

Review, disposition, and document non-conforming or questionable materials

Initiate corrective actions with internal teams and external vendors

Monitor, maintain, and document calibration of measurement and test equipment

Investigate customer complaints and act as the voice of the customer to ensure timely resolution

Assist with quality audits and ensure adherence to ISO and industry standards

Enter and analyze quality data using Microsoft-based platforms
