Responsibilities

Leading the implementation and execution of program quality requirements
Managing quality tasks across hardware, systems, and suppliers/subcontractors
Partnering with program teams as the Quality Lead for design, development, production, and mobilization phases
Conducting contract reviews and flowing down contract quality requirements to the quality team
Participating in independent program reviews to understand risks and drive Return to Green plans
Maintaining effective relationships with DCMA/Customer quality teams

Required

STEM or related degree in engineering or business at the Bachelor level or above or equivalent experience/combined education
Ability to work on procurement quality tasks as they pertain to risk management or hardware development or manufacturing or suppliers / subcontractor management, and/ or customer support or anything else related
Must possess a high-level of adaptability and have a proven ability to demonstrate focus achieving positive results
Must be able to perform in a team and customer-focused work environment, maintaining effective communication with internal / external customers
Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
Leading the implementation and execution of program quality requirements
Managing quality tasks across hardware, systems, and suppliers/subcontractors
Partnering with program teams as the Quality Lead for design, development, production, and mobilization phases
Conducting contract reviews and flowing down contract quality requirements to the quality team
Participating in independent program reviews to understand risks and drive Return to Green plans
Maintaining effective relationships with DCMA/Customer quality teams
Ability to work with the Lockheed Martin Quality systems
Ability to coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Programs, and Procurement on product quality issues and effective issue resolution
Demonstrated ability to use causal analysis tools to analyze and resolve technical / process issues varying from basic to very complex
Quality Engineering or Supplier Quality experience as well as experience with developing and reviewing Quality Standards, methods, work instructional and procedures for inspection
Knowledge of Lockheed Martin processes, and procedures related to development and production (e.g. Non-conforming material management, etc.)
A strong process aptitude and demonstrated advocacy required, including proven technical ability and business judgment
Previous Quality experience, interpreting and applying contractual and AS9100 / ISO90001 requirements
Previous experience performing Hardware Acceptance and DD250
Strong product and process knowledge Excellent technical skills, communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated experience with supplier business level reporting measures and involvement
Demonstrated talent development and team building skills
High energy, self-starting, team player who achieves goals
Ability to travel 5% of the time
Generally has 3+ years of related experiences

Preferred

CAM certification
Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification or ASQ Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA)
Active Secret clearance
