Responsibilities
Lead multiple concurrent IT initiatives across applications, infrastructure, security, and manufacturing systems
Develop and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, and dependencies
Ensure consistent delivery practices and disciplined execution across teams
Provide clear, concise status reporting for IT leadership and business stakeholders
Facilitate cross-functional alignment and decision-making
Proactively surface risks, issues, and dependencies with recommended actions
Coordinate delivery activities across internal teams and external service providers
Ensure work is aligned across vendors without overlap, gaps, or miscommunication
Track commitments and follow-through against agreed plans
Serve as Scrum Master and Agile coach for technical teams as appropriate
Support structured change management and controlled release processes
Promote continuous improvement in delivery methods and team collaboration
Support change governance processes to ensure stability during system and infrastructure changes
Help teams balance delivery speed with operational reliability
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in IT project or program management
Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-workstream technology initiatives
Strong experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments
Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
Experience coordinating work across multiple vendors and internal teams
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent
Associate's degree or higher in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
