Responsibilities
Partner with a predetermined sales team in order to understand key drivers of the businesses, transfer insight to the Snr. Manager of Strategic Finance, and facilitate specific analyses
Responsible for the area budget and monthly forecasting
Work with the Data Analytics team in order to deliver consistent messaging on results and metrics
Work with the Planning team in FP&A to identify cost savings and/or secure resources for the business
Review and understand financial statements and allocations
Assist with headcount planning to ensure team is able to deliver their targets
Monitor commissions earned on a monthly basis to ensure teams are on target for hitting OTE; identify reasons when targets are not met
Work on business and/or executive presentations and dashboards
Perform ad-hoc analysis and other projects as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related field Required
Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in an FP&A role or Corporate Finance
Able to articulate model assumptions and analytics to the Business
Proficiency in building financial models
Work in cross functional teams to gather data and initiatives
Ability to work on multiple projects at once
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
Strong strategic skills, with the proven ability to identify and assess key points, implications and recommendations
Strong verbal and written communications
Excellent time management and organization skills
Preferred
Master's degree in Finance, Computational Finance, Statistics or an MBA preferred
