Responsibilities
You will have a mastery of the concepts, principles, laws, and regulations of financial administration or budgeting sufficient to generate new concepts and methodologies in the field
You will theorize, plan and direct entire financial or budgeting systems for broad, emerging, or similarly critical large-scale department/agency wide programs of national or international scope where no precedents exist
You will analyze, evaluate, and apply the following processes, procedures and techniques as they relate to the management of programs; business financial management; system acquisition management; and contracts management
You will obtain and manage financial resources for weapon systems programs; must possess a working knowledge of procurement funds, OMN, RDTE funding and various other appropriations
You will stay up to date with the latest DoD, DoN and other relevant branches of service instructions and directions as they relate to acquisition and weapon systems management
Qualification
Required
