Responsibilities
Manage and lead sales initiatives focused on energy rebate programs, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet their requirements
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a field sales or B2B role
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong team management skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Experience with energy rebate programs and knowledge of the energy sector
Preferred
Willing and eager to learn new processes
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
