Responsibilities

Support the development and delivery of single day training (in-person and or virtual) sessions to the NEC SE&I workforce. Trainings focus on the high-level NC3 operations and technical systems, which includes the operational environments

Conduct research necessary to assist with development and revisions to training courses. Prepare training catalogs for distribution

Support the team for development of instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids) and student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms)

Assist with delivery of training. Provide support for formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars, and/or computer based/computer aided training

Required

Must be a US citizen

Must have and be able to maintain a TS with SCI eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Education, Instructional Design, or educational equivalent

3+ years of Program management experience with the following experience:

Conducting research necessary to develop and revise training courses and preparing appropriate training catalogs

Assisting with development of instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids) and student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms)

Supporting training of personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars, and/or computer

DoD Basic Instructor Course (BIC) Certification
