Responsibilities
Provide knowledgeable, courteous, and professional customer service while remaining customer-oriented and consistently exceeding customer expectations in every home entered
Select and use basic tools to assemble, adjust and install various appliances
Safely travel in an efficient manner to installation calls on a scheduled route
Maintain a clean and organized truck, and a clean professional appearance
Must be able to follow complex installation instructions as per manufacturer specifications to complete installation of Refrigerators, Dishwashers, Stoves, Laundry, etc
Consistently adhere to company policies across all areas, including safety procedures, customer interaction guidelines, and operational protocols
Must be able to lift up to 75lbs independently and up to 100–600lbs with the assistance of an appliance dolly and straps
Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must have 6+ months of appliance installation experience

Must have previous experience with an appliance dolly and straps
Maintain a pleasant, polite, and professional demeanor when interacting with co-workers and delivering an exceptional customer experience
Ability to work both independently and as a team member
Preferred
Valid Driver's license preferred
Understanding of basic electric and plumbing principles for problem solving
Problem-solving skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
