Responsibilities
Work with Scrum Masters of multiple teams to manage execution in an Agile environment, including facilitation of Scrum of Scrums and PI Planning
Manage project release timelines, taking care to align dependencies across multiple teams
Manage planned sprint of work demand against available resources through story point projections and management
Provide metrics to leadership stakeholders on build, testing and delivery
Champion and advocate Agile practices to make teams more efficient in project delivery
Qualification
Required
Agile certification as a Scrum Master, RTE or equivalent
Ability to organize and lead multiple teams in a global environment
Expertise in SAFe and Agile methodologies, with experience applying Agile practices for efficient team delivery
Superior knowledge of JIRA, dashboards, and structures
Preferred
Experience in Supply Chain and/or API Integrations highly preferred
