Responsibilities
Troubleshoot POS solutions and debug complex integration and product issues
Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test scripts to support rollout initiatives
Coordinate with third‑party vendors to resolve integration challenges
Provide timely status updates to stakeholders and ensure clear communication
Lead delivery quality initiatives, mentor team members, and drive resolution of blockers and dependencies
Qualification
Required
6–8 years of Retail domain experience with strong proficiency in the POS domain
Hands‑on experience with Playwright (mandatory)
Solid expertise in functional and automation testing, including in‑sprint automation and release readiness
Proven ability to manage and collaborate with onshore/offshore teams
Experience delivering test plans, defect reports, and QA metrics
Strong knowledge of JIRA and Confluence (mandatory)
Ability to collaborate with product owners, business users, and distributed QA/development teams
Experience with risk management and client management
Preferred
Experience designing and developing functional and automation testing strategies
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to support complex POS integration scenarios
Demonstrated ability to influence quality standards and delivery excellence across teams
