They are looking for a Software Developer Apprentice to support the development, maintenance, and improvement of internal systems and applications while working towards a Level 3 Software Developer Apprenticeship.

Responsibilities
Assisting with the development of software applications and internal tools
Writing, testing, and debugging code under supervision
Supporting system improvements and automation projects
Assisting with data handling, reporting tools, or dashboards
Documenting code and development processes
Supporting testing, fixes, and updates to existing systems
Learning and following secure coding and data protection practices
Working collaboratively with IT and business teams
Qualification
Required
A strong interest in programming and technology
Some exposure to coding (e.g. Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, or similar – through study or self-learning)
Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (or willingness to work towards them)
