Enter and maintain high volumes of gift, pledge, and biographical data in the Affinaquest CRM. Apply University policies, IRS regulations, and CASE standards to all data entry procedures
Conduct research to resolve incomplete or discrepant data and ensure accuracy and completeness
Provide excellent customer service and clear communication to donors and partners
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED
1 year of experience
Combination of education and relevant experience will be considered in lieu of education and/or experience requirement
