Managing in-person, telephone, and electronic customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience
Completing follow-through to assure that customer requests are properly resolved
Providing administrative and operational support to the after-sales service department
Completing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
