$30/hr - $45/hrAkkodis is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Support Engineer to join a Tier 2 support team and provide broad infrastructure support with a strong emphasis on network troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will act as a jack‑of‑all‑trades across infrastructure, delivering hands‑on support in networking, end‑user computing, server patching, and general systems administration.

Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2 infrastructure support with a strong emphasis on network troubleshooting, including routers, switches, and firewalls
Troubleshoot and support Fortinet firewalls (experience preferred but not required)
Deliver excellent customer service when assisting non‑technical field employees
Support desktop imaging and end‑user compute functions as needed
Assist with A/V equipment support (preferred but not required)
Collaborate with other infrastructure team members to ensure smooth operations across network, server, and end‑user environments
Qualification
Required
Experience in providing Tier 2 infrastructure support with a strong emphasis on network troubleshooting, including routers, switches, and firewalls
Ability to troubleshoot and support Fortinet firewalls
Excellent customer service skills when assisting non-technical field employees
Experience in supporting desktop imaging and end-user compute functions
Ability to assist with A/V equipment support
Collaboration skills to work with other infrastructure team members to ensure smooth operations across network, server, and end-user environments
Preferred
