Microsoft Power Platform Developer
Synectics Inc. is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Developer for their Legal department automations. The role involves interpreting business needs from non-technical users into technical designs, supporting legal process automation, and managing user testing while documenting designs.

Responsibilities
Intake new project meeting with Legal business users are not technical and will need someone who can take their business needs and interpret them into a technical design
Will be supporting Legal process automation
Legal business users to discuss projects, design and develop Power Platform and other automation solutions for business users, manage user testing, and document design
Qualification
Required
3-5 years' experience across all Power Platform products is required: Solutions, Dataverse, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Proven experience working with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, design and deliver end-to-end solutions, and usher business users through user acceptance testing
Strong written and verbal communication skills required, as business stakeholders in Legal department are high-touch and not technical
Preferred
GPT Development and TAP Workflow Automations are a plus
Experience with Mitratech's TeamConnect TAP Workflow Automations a plus
Experience with Legal departments is a plus

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
