Responsibilities
Drive the internal digital roadmap: Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of internal software systems, ensuring our tech stack evolves to meet the needs of a scaling organization. Striking the right balance between necessary complexity and lean efficiency
Spearhead cross-functional discovery: Partner with department stakeholders to diagnose workflow bottlenecks, translating complex operational challenges into streamlined digital solutions
Orchestrate system implementation: Oversee the full lifecycle of new system rollouts—from requirements gathering and solution design to user acceptance testing (UAT) and successful adoption
Cultivate and lead the team: Manage and mentor a mix of Project Managers and Digital Operations Leads. You will set the standard for execution, guiding your team through the nuances of project delivery, testing protocols, and stakeholder communication
Champion change management: rigorous documentation, training, and support structures to ensure high adoption rates and 'digital fluency' across the company
Ensure operational integrity: Establish KPIs for system performance and project success, ensuring that all digital initiatives deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and data accuracy
Qualification
Required
3+ years of management experience marked by a proven ability to build and motivate high-performing cross-functional teams
Digitally native, with intuitive fluency in modern software ecosystems (i.e., ERPs, PLMs, Project Management tools, and No-Code automations)
Proven success in system management: experience leading design and rolling out new digital workflows across teams. (NetSuite workflow, and Celigo connector experience preferred)
Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills: You can deconstruct complex workflows into logical steps and identify the root cause of inefficiencies
Strong stakeholder management: You are an articulate communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical teams and build consensus across the organization
Project Management expertise: Deep understanding of cross-team coordination, project management methodologies, resource planning, and timeline management - able to deliver on results efficiently
Preferred
Technical NetSuite and Celigo experience or custom solutions (SuiteScripts, etc.)
Ecommerce experience
Experience working with IT/cyber-security services or building solutions
A portfolio of internal systems or workflows you have successfully designed, rolled out, and optimized
