Responsibilities
Assist in implementing algorithms, running experiments, and designing evaluations to improve content creation, adaptation, and translation across multiple languages
Support the implementation and optimization of finetuning pipelines using techniques like RLHF and LoRA for training large-scale language models
Contribute to the development of scalable distributed information retrieval systems (search engines, knowledge graphs, indexing, ranking, and query understanding)
Ensure the quality and consistency of AI-generated content through rigorous testing and evaluation
Support the team in publishing research findings in top-tier AI conferences and journals
Qualification
Required
Currently has or is in the process of obtaining a Ph.D. degree in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or relevant technical field
Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with research methodologies
Experience in frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
Demonstrated experience in deep learning, especially language modeling with transformers and machine translation
Familiarity with methods of training and fine-tuning language models, including reinforcement learning, policy optimization, and supervised fine-tuning
Experience building and iterating on knowledge extraction and graph-based representation of information
Preference for fast-paced, collaborative projects with concrete goals, quantitatively tested through A/B experiments
