Communications & Power Industries (CPI) is a global manufacturer of electronic components and subsystems. The Quality Department Administrative Support role provides part-time administrative assistance to the Quality team, focusing on document handling and supporting day-to-day quality operations.

Responsibilities

Scan, organize, and electronically file quality-related documents and records

Maintain document control and support document retention activities in compliance with company and regulatory requirements

Assist with organizing quality records, audits, and inspection documentation

Perform data entry and basic record maintenance within quality systems or databases

Support the Quality team with general administrative tasks as needed

Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by Quality leadership

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential documents

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and document scanning systems

Dependable and self-motivated with minimal supervision

Comfortable performing repetitive administrative tasks

Preferred

Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred

Experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment is a plus
