New Grad, Entry LevelHigh Velocity Sports is seeking a Youth Basketball Program Coordinator to lead their youth basketball development program, Ballers, which serves athletes ages 3–11. The role involves overseeing program coaches, building relationships with families, and tracking key program metrics to drive retention and enrollment growth.

Responsibilities
Lead Saturday morning Ballers basketball sessions
Oversee and mentor program coaches to ensure strong class quality, engagement, and consistency
Support program setup, equipment organization, and operational flow
Build strong relationships with families to support retention and enrollment growth
Track program metrics including retention, enrollment, and free trials
Attend bi-weekly leadership meetings with Executive Team (additional meetings as needed) to review performance and growth strategies
Qualification
Required
Basketball coaching, playing, or youth program leadership experience preferred
Passion for child development and teaching fundamentals in a positive environment
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Dependable, consistent, and willing to take ownership of program success
Interest in long-term growth opportunities within youth sports leadership
