Responsibilities
Direct a small team of analysts by prioritizing workloads and guiding professional development to meet global project milestones and strategic goals
Design and maintain high-performance Tableau dashboards and visualizations that distill complex datasets into clear, executive-level business insights
Own the data lifecycle by establishing "sources of truth," performing rigorous validation, and collaborating with IT to ensure cross-functional data accuracy
Utilize expert-level SQL and data modeling to extract and transform information from disparate platforms such as Oracle, Salesforce, and ServiceNow
Lead complex analytical projects—including trend analysis and penetration rates—to identify strategic opportunities for growth and process improvement
Partner with global teams to gather requirements and influence decision-making by communicating technical findings in accessible, business-centric terms
Drive report automation and integrate advanced analytics, such as Python-based manipulation or AI/ML insights, to enhance the scale and sophistication of BI offerings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Minimum 2+ years of direct people management or team leadership experience within a broader 2+ year track record in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or a related quantitative field
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
Professional Background: Possess 2+ years of direct people management or team leadership experience within a broader 2+ year track record in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or a related quantitative field
Technical Proficiency: Professional experience with Tableau, SQL, Google Apps, Advanced Excel; Python a plus
