Responsibilities
Lead planning and execution of large ground-up industrial projects
Manage project budgets, forecasting, billing, and financial reporting
Develop and level subcontractor bids and scopes of work
Oversee contract administration and change management
Ensure schedule adherence and trade coordination
Maintain client communication and executive reporting
Partner closely with field leadership through regular site engagement
Drive risk management and subcontractor compliance
Manage document control and project reporting systems
Support business development and client retention efforts
Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant PMs
Ensure safe project execution and quality standards
Lead project closeout and financial wrap-up
Qualification
Required
5+ years project management experience with a commercial GC
Proven success managing tilt-wall and core/shell builds
Strong financial management and budgeting skills
Expertise in lump-sum bidding and contract execution
Excellent leadership and communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple high-value projects
Advanced drawing review and scope analysis capability
Strong technology proficiency (Procore/Viewpoint/Bluebeam preferred)
Preferred
Experience with data center or large distribution facilities preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Equivalent field experience considered
