Supply Chain Analyst
AAON, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to oversee and coordinate program activities for efficient supply chain and logistics operations. The role involves designing and implementing optimization strategies, assessing operations processes, and developing solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities
Assesses operations processes, using that data to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Works with all groups on consuming slow-moving or obsolete inventory items
Develops and maintains a supply chain mapping system with written procedures for each group
Creates performance reports for management to review
Investigates pain points within the process and develops solutions to resolve conflicts and inefficiencies
Documents and maintains tracking logs and inventory databases of incoming materials
Builds and creates cost management spreadsheets and presentations
Coordinates with development and engineering teams to provide cost estimates and reports
Analyzes business and engineering processes to make recommendations for changes
Performs special research or technical studies critical to logistics support functions
Travels, when necessary, to AAON locations for improvement processes
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or equivalent experience in the HVAC industry or a similar industry
Communicates effectively in written and spoken form
Possesses excellent interpersonal relationship skills
Exhibits good decision making and analytical problem-solving abilities
Demonstrates strong multi-tasking capabilities and organizational skills
Works effectively in a team environment
Works with minimal supervision
Works effectively in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
Lift up to 50lbs
Sit or stand for up to 95 percent of work hours
Periodic visits to the manufacturing facility with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure
