Responsibilities

Provides confidential administrative support to the Insurance Reserve Fund Claims Department staff in order to assist the Department in providing timely and accurate claims services
Organizes documents for claims examiners using the document management system to scan documents to the appropriate file
Reviews specified first party claims to assist determining claim outcome
Must have the ability to work independently with a high degree of responsibility and attention to detail

Required

A high school diploma and relevant clerical or claim processing experience
A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required program experience
