Develop executive-level strategy, insights, and decision-support presentations
Structure and analyze complex and ambiguous business/technology problems
Synthesize inputs across business, data, and technology teams into actionable recommendations
Support senior leaders with strategic narratives and messaging
Contribute to data, digital, and technology transformation initiatives
Ensure strategy materials are grounded in strong data and technology understanding
Qualification
Required
Proven experience creating executive-level strategy or decision-support presentations
Strong problem‑solving and structured thinking skills
Solid understanding of data, modern data platforms, and technology concepts
Experience supporting data, digital, or technology transformation initiatives
Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong storytelling and clarity
Ability to work onsite in McLean, VA, five days/week
Preferred
Financial services or mortgage domain experience
Experience supporting large-scale data or technology transformation programs
Direct interaction with senior executives or C‑suite
Background in consulting, strategy, or analytics
